Since it is an international website, will it be in a foreign language? If so, which one?
Yes, it will be in the language of the selected country. If you have never purchased through F6, it will be in English. If you have previously made a purchase, it will be in the language of the country in which you made your last order.
Are product fees included in the final price?
All fees are included in most countries. It will be indicated on the checkout page which countries are excluded.
Why is this service not available for delivery in Brazil?
Farfetch Brazil brings together more than 500 boutiques around the world, delivering throughout the country. What stands the F6 program apart is the possibility to deliver abroad and the reduction in IOF, besides the convenience of receiving your order at the place where you are staying or even picking it up at a boutique of your choice.
Regarding payment, do the instalments have interest? And why are operating fees reduced?
There is no interest charged, you can pay in up to 6 instalments. Transaction fees are reduced because payment transactions are subject to a different tax regime.
If the item doesn't fit me, how does the return process work?
Shipping is calculated according to the delivery location, all details will be available on the payment page, right after choosing the destination.

According to our returns policy for overseas delivery orders, your item must be returned directly from the country to which it was delivered. Returns from other countries are not accepted. The refund will be processed once the item is received by the boutique. For questions please contact FARFETCH Customer Service.
